EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We have a 30-day free shipping return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days to request a return from the time you receive your order.
You can manage the exchange or return of your order through the returns portal: https://latericius.shiptec.app/
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. The original box containing the set must not be open, and therefore, neither should the bags inside.
IN WHAT CASES CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?
- I have received the order in bad condition
- I have made a mistake and I would like to change it
- The product is not what I expected and I would like to exchange it for another or return it
It is your responsibility to provide appropriate packaging to ensure that the items arrive at Latericius in perfect condition. If you have difficulty finding suitable packaging, we suggest using the original box in which you received your order. If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to make the requested return.

In case of Changes
Following the steps in the exchanges and returns portal you will receive instructions to send the items to be returned.
As soon as your exchange is approved by our Customer Service team, you will receive notification of both the item to be returned and the new order.
If you choose pickup at your home, it is important that you have the package ready for when the carrier comes to pick it up.
As soon as we receive the item and our Customer Service team assesses the condition of the returned products, you will receive a confirmation email and we will send a new package with the exchange you have chosen.
In case of Returns

In the case of choosing pickup at your home, it is important that you have the package ready for when the carrier comes to pick it up.
If the item is discontinued, we will refund the full amount paid.
You will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase, through a refund processed by PayPal or a refund to your credit card.
Latericius will not be responsible for any loss that the package may have suffered during shipping, and it will be the customer's responsibility to ensure that said package arrives at our facilities in perfect condition.
Important note: Until we receive the item in our warehouse, it is your responsibility.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
At Latericius we offer you free and easy exchanges and returns in Spain and in the countries of the European Union.
If you want to exchange a product for a different one of a different amount, the difference will be paid or charged by bank transfer, card or PayPal.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER QUALIFIED FOR FREE SHIPPING?
If you placed an order with several items and qualified for free shipping by reaching the required minimum order value, but later return one or more products and the final order value falls below that minimum, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
In other words, we will refund the full amount of the item or items returned, minus the shipping cost that would have applied to the order if it had not qualified for free shipping.
This adjustment will only apply in cases where, after a partial return, the order no longer meets the conditions required to qualify for free shipping.
