Please note that the delivery times above are an estimation. For different reasons, sometimes we need more preparation time, so we recommend planning ahead, especially on special dates such as Christmas, Black Friday or special promotions. If you need more urgency, it is always possible to contact us and we will try to help.
Deliveries are made only on business days. Latericius has a warehouse in Madrid, Spain, therefore we are governed by the work calendar that marks national (Spain), regional (Community of Madrid) and local (Madrid) holidays.
ONLY for Premium shipping, orders placed before 2:00 p.m. will be shipped the same day. The estimated delivery time is 24-48h in the Spanish Peninsula, and 48h in Baleares Islands.
The cost of each shipment is visible at the time of purchase. This varies depending on the destination and the delivery option.
If you buy a pre-order product, you can check the shipping date on the product page before you checkout. Orders containing in-stock and pre-order products will be shipped once the pre-order is ready.
ONLY for T-Shirts
T-Shirts are printed on demand within the EU. Therefore, this category has its own shipping times and cost, which is as follows:
Standard shipping EU (3,95€): 7-15 days delivery.
What if I order a t-shirt and a set together?
T-shirts and sets ship from different locations, but you'll only be charged for shipping once. However, t-shirts are printed on demand, and take longer to arrive than sets.
Is there free shipping over a certain amount?
Yes, we offer free shipping within the EU on orders over €120.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You have 30 calendar days from delivery to request a return or exchange. The t-shirt must be unworn and in its original packaging. Contact us at info@latericius.com.
GENERAL SHIPPING AND COURIER CONDITIONS
In case you want to change the delivery address after the order has been placed, it is essential that you notify us as soon as possible. Once the package has been dispatched, it will not be possible to change the address.
Any change of address once the order has been dispatched, or any request for delivery to a different address will be subject to a surcharge equivalent to the cost of the shipment.
For shipments to Spain, the courier company in charge of the delivery and transport of all our orders is Correos Express.
For international orders, the courier company depends on the country.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
When we send your order, we will send you an email with a tracking number so you can check, on the website of the courier, the status of your shipment and be aware of the arrival of the package.
The courier company will make two delivery attempts at the indicated address. If no one is at home, they will contact you to arrange a second delivery or you will be able to pick up your package at the corresponding post office within ten days.
The extra costs arising from possible errors by the buyer when providing the delivery address will be borne by the buyer.
To avoid incidents with the delivery please make sure that the address you indicate when placing your order is correct and complete (street number, floor, local, zip code, etc.) and that there is usually someone to receive the package during working hours (if your schedule is complicated, we can send it to work or home of a family member or friend). Don't forget to give us your phone number.
